靜音手推車新穎、美觀，合成塑料的車體、腳輪運用，減輕了整車自重。獨特的靜音、傳動技術設計使手推
車走行無聲、輕快。廣泛適用于廠區、辦公樓、圖書館、賓館、餐飲業、物流運輸等物料搬運行業。
靜音手推車由塑料車板、鍍鉻扶手（可折倒、固定）、靜音腳輪（尼龍支架、鐵板支架）等組成。
塑料車板:
主材料由聚丙烯塑料俗稱為“PP”，加上其它成份材料組成。
特點:
重量輕，有韌性，抗沖擊、耐腐蝕、防滑設計。
扶手:
采用SPCC無縫鋼管，厚度2.0mm。電鍍采用三鍍、三拋工藝鍍鉻而成。
特點:
高檔美觀、耐用性強。
靜音腳輪:
輪架采用尼龍加各種其它成份組成。
特點:
耐腐蝕、韌性強、抗沖擊，具有獨特的美觀性。
腳輪軸承:
采用特制6201和6303滾珠軸承，精密軸承的游隙標準，使腳輪更具潤滑，且滾動阻力小，
靜音等特性。
腳輪橡膠:
采用日本總部配方標準。以天然椽膠為主，另加其它配方材料，使輪子具有良好的彈性，
耐磨損、無拖痕，腳輪整體的耐沖擊性極強。
靜音手推車性能測試（日本JIS標準）：
根據日本JIS標準B8720規定
載重：150KG系列靜音手推車額定載重 啟動力必須在10KG以下
300KG系列靜音手推車額定載重 啟動力必須在14KG以下
車板：對塑料車板中心位置加額定承重4倍的力進行測試，車板不可斷裂，車板彎曲小于7mm，并在15分鐘恢復正常
扶手：啟動力6倍的力加在扶手上1分鐘，解除后，扶手不可有任何變形、松動等現象發生。
根據日本JIS標準B8723規定
腳輪：額定承重3倍的重量對腳輪加壓，3分鐘后解除測試重力，腳輪支架不變形，轉動軸、導向軸必須無間隙、松
動現象發生。
靜音手推車走行測試：在額定載重的情況下，以時速4公里勻速連續走行10公里。腳輪橡膠不可由于發熱而變形、
磨損、裂縫等現象。

走行靜音：除了車板、腳輪采用了高性能樹脂
外，本產品的腳輪采用了獨特的靜音設計（專
利產品），使本產品在走行中達到了靜音化。
40％
走行輕快：由于腳輪采用了特殊的設計，減輕
了始動抵抗和走行抵抗。使本產品達到了走行
輕快化。
20％
自重減輕：車板、腳輪采用了高性能樹脂（塑
料），使本產品的自重達到了輕量化。
